Cardinal Achievement Program
Cardinal Achievement Program (CAP) is a new initiative directly addressing success outcomes, completion rates, and other equity gaps at Skagit Valley College (SVC) for first generation and income qualifying students.
CAP coaches will implement a coaching model into advising that provides students with personalized mentoring, proactive academic interventions, and an increased connection to campus resources.
