Students can receive in-person or online tutoring via video chat or phone with the all of the tutors that work on Mount Vernon and Whidbey Island campuses. The SVC Writing Center in Lewis Hall 321 (Mount Vernon Campus) is available both in-person and online to any SVC student enrolled in any class. Drop in or make an appointment for one-to-one assistance from trained writing consultants (tutors) on your writing for any class, at any phase of the writing process. 

Writing resources, workshops, and quiet writing space are available in the Center. “Real-time” (synchronous) and “Feedback” (asynchronous) sessions are available online.
