President Dr. Villa is invited to attend, participate in, or speak at many events throughout the year.  In order to best prepare him for these events, it is helpful for us to have as much information in advance as possible. 

This form allows you to request the President's participation at any event on or off campus. Please complete this form as thoroughly and accurately as possible.

Pam Davis, Executive Assistant to the President, is responsible for managing the President's calendar and will respond to the event contact person you designate within a few days.  We cannot guarantee the President's attendance at an event until you receive a confirmation from Pam.
