In need of vehicle repairs? The SVC Automotive program accepts customer vehicles on a quarterly basis to perform diagnosis and repairs.
SVC Automotive Customer Vehicle Repair Policy
Customers interested in having their vehicles diagnosed and repaired may schedule an appointment with our Customer Service Center. Work is scheduled at the beginning of each course and is on a first come first serve basis. A lab fee will be assessed for each course a vehicle is scheduled in, plus the cost of parts. For more details please see the attached form titled “Customer Work Authorization Form”. Below is a list of subjects covered and the approximate time frame.
Annual Schedule for Customer Repairs
End of September – End of October
- Batteries, Starting and Charging Systems
- Engine Diagnosis and Repair
Beginning of October – Middle of December
- Electrical Diagnosis and Repair
- Heating & Cooling systems
- Ignition Systems and Engine Computer Controls (check engine light)
Beginning of January – Middle of February
- Steering, Suspension and Alignment Systems
- Gasoline Fuel Systems and Emission Controls
Middle of February – End of March
- Brake Systems Diagnosis and Repair
- Diesel Fuel Systems and Engine Maintenance
- Hybrid-Electric Diagnosis, Repair & Battery Reconditioning
Beginning of April – Middle of May
- Manual Transmissions, Drivelines and Clutches
- Engine Machining (cylinder head rebuilding)
- General Diagnosis, Repair and Maintenance (all vehicle systems)
Middle of May – Middle of June
- Automatic Transmission Diagnosis, Service and Repair
- Automotive Air Conditioning
