El Grito
SVC invites the community to celebrate El Grito
Sept. 13 | 5–8:30 p.m. | Tollefson Plaza at the Mount Vernon Campus
El Grito is a traditional celebration of Mexican Independence Day. Through this event, SVC hopes to foster a culture of belonging and provide a space for the community to celebrate traditions. The event will feature the presence of the Seattle Mexican Consulate, Hėctor Ivȧn Godoy Priske, Cȯnsul Titular, local food vendors and merchandise vendors, resource fair, and performances.
It is free and open to the public. All are welcome!
