Registration
You can register for a Continuing and Community Education course online, in person, by phone, or by mail. Course information is available under the “Course Catalog” page. Course fees are due at the time of registration and are not eligible for waivers or financial aid.

Visit your nearest Skagit Valley College Enrollment Services office and register with cash or check. If paying by credit card, payment can be accepted
over phone with the Continuing Education department. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American

Mail-In Registration
- Download and complete the printable Continuing and Community Education Registration Form
- Send the form with cash or check payment to the SVC location you are attending (see In-Person Registration for addresses)
Refund Policy
Cruisers College Policy: A student will receive a 100% refund if the college cancels the class or if the student officially withdraws 7 business days prior to the first-class meeting No refund will be given thereafter and material fees will not be refunded. Exceptions must be approved by the Continuing & Community Education Director.
All Other Community Education Courses Policy: A student will receive a 100% refund if the college cancels the class or if the student officially withdraws 2 business days prior to the first-class meeting. No refund will be given thereafter and material fees will not be refunded. Exceptions must be approved by the Continuing & Community Education Director.
