Foot Health 101 (Whidbey Campus)
Foot health is important for our daily lives. Take advantage of this face-to-face class with a non-surgical foot healthcare practitioners, a Certified Pedorthist. After learning the foot structure and it's mechanics, you will understand how all foot deformities (such as bunions, hammertoes, flat feet), and aching feet (such as plantar fasciitis, heel spur, neuroma) are related to the fallen arches of the foot and learn how to bring the fallen arches back to normal. Learn the simple way of testing foot balance. Bring your orthotics or any form of inserts with you to be tested. This course will help you take better care of your feet.
